Associate Counsel (IRE Privacy & Commercial Transactions)

As our first Legal Counsel outside of the US, you will be the architect of our legal strategy across EMEA. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to develop commercial terms and refine and evolve our data privacy program, ensuring we deliver extreme value and build deep trust with international partners and customers. You’ll give more than you take, acting as a dedicated advocate for our mission and a collaborative resource for teams navigating new markets. This role requires a true Warrior Spirit. You will manage the inherent chaos of international expansion with clarity, remaining unshakeable as you build upon the legal framework for our growing footprint. Whether you are leading complex customer negotiations or implementing legal AI tools to help us scale, you’ll take deep ownership of the challenges that come with being "the first." You won’t wait for permission to fix things; you’ll spot the hurdles in our EMEA growth and lead the way to a solution.
