🧑‍💻 The Role

We’re hiring a product-focused Fullstack Engineer (~3+ years experience).

We’re looking for smart, motivated, high-agency individuals who can take an early product and turn it into a market-leading solution.

This is a critical hire — we have many high-impact ideas but need more builders to execute them.

• Own ideas end-to-end, from customer conversations to shipped features
• Engage directly with customers (including on-site visits)
• Build full-stack features solving real enterprise problems
• Design architecture and UI, making smart trade-offs
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback
• Work in 6-week cycles on high-impact projects
• Help define new paradigms for AI-powered industrial software
