Business Development Manager, EMEA

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our EMEA BDR team. You will be responsible for coaching, managing, and scaling a high-performing team focused on generating qualified pipeline. This is a pivotal role that bridges go-to-market strategy with day-to-day execution across sales and marketing. You’ll report to the Global Director of Business Development and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure pipeline goals are met and exceeded.
