Energy & TCO Manager

Join us as an Energy and Total Cost of Ownership Manager, where you’ll lead high impact strategies that deliver meaningful environmental and financial results across our client’s EMEA and APAC portfolio. What You Will Do: • Lead the development and execution of portfolio-wide energy efficiency, sustainability, and TCO strategies. • Build and manage TCO baselines, KPIs, and comprehensive asset performance programs. • Support Net Zero initiatives and evaluate technologies that reduce emissions and environmental impact. • Optimise building systems, including energy management platforms and Smart Buildings solutions. • Ensure compliance with environmental and energy standards (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001). • Oversee energy, emissions, and sustainability performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement. • Prepare clear, data-driven reports on energy performance, TCO insights, and cost saving opportunities. • Present quarterly updates to stakeholders and identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and Project Management teams on TCO and sustainability activities. • Champion sustainability engagement initiatives and embed energy conservation practices into operations.
