Finance Assistant

To support the VP Finance in ensuring accurate accounting, efficient processing of financial data, and the delivery of timely and reliable financial information. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in maintaining financial controls, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and clients, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts using Xero, ensuring timely submission, supporting the VP Finance in maintaining and reconciling accounts within established deadlines, performing weekly reconciliation of Xero, cash flow documents, and bank statements, updating and maintaining the cash flow forecast on a daily basis, reconciling company credit card statements, maintaining the fixed asset register in Xero, assisting in generating accurate and timely monthly payroll reports, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, providing ad hoc reporting and information gathering for Directors and Account Managers, and building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients through professional and timely communication.
