Functional Consultant, EMEA

The Functional Consultant with Zone & Co will be essential in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories. This role will collaborate closely with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet client needs, while conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective implementation. As a Functional Consultant, this role will also assist with testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee solutions are error-free and meet all requirements, and will provide ongoing client support, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, the Functional Consultant will document processes and customizations, and participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development. Effective communication with clients and internal teams will be key to managing expectations and achieving project milestones. Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.
