Global Specialty Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to shape and expand Noble Panacea’s global Specialty Channel presence across the luxury hospitality and wellness sectors. This role will oversee both business development (opening new high-value locations) and operational management (ensuring excellence and commercial success across existing accounts). The ideal candidate combines a luxury mindset with entrepreneurial drive — equally comfortable pitching at boardroom level and resolving day-to-day operational challenges on the ground. You will curate Noble Panacea’s presence in the world’s most exclusive destinations — from five-star hotels and longevity clinics to dermatologists, private clubs, and holistic centers — ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand’s deep-tech innovation, precision, and elegance. This role is structured as 50% remote work and 50% travel.
