GTM Strategy Principal EMEA Marketing

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for a suite of HR technology products, driving adoption and scaling across the EMEA region. You will work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to identify friction points, optimize processes, and ensure strategic alignment across the business. This position offers the opportunity to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable playbooks, enable teams with repeatable systems, and act as a subject matter expert in the HR domain. You will also take ownership of special projects, providing insights and solutions that directly impact business growth.
