Manager, Client Services (Private Equity)

We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management. We’re hiring a Client Services Manager to help scale our Private Equity business at proSapient. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-pace, high-expectation environments and wants real ownership: of people, of clients, and of outcomes. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team, partner closely with senior PE clients, and help define how proSapient scales its Private Equity offering through consistently high-quality, insight-led projects. You’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership, client strategy, and commercial performance, reflecting proSapient’s values while helping define what excellence looks like in our Private Equity offering.
