Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems. Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards. Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team.
