Weโre seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across global regions โ USA, EMEA, and APAC. Youโll manage strategic accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, technically fluent, and skilled at building long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development and sales strategies for assigned territories, managing key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets, forecasting sales pipelines, identifying emerging opportunities, driving market penetration, building and maintaining relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy, and supporting new product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional teams.
