Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of secure, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be the technical authority for our frontend stack, bridging the gap between complex security data and intuitive user experiences.

You won’t just be building UI; you will be architecting scalable systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript that handle real-time threat telemetry and mission-critical security workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, modular frontend architectures that support complex data visualizations and multi-tenant security environments.
• Component Governance: Lead the development of a robust, accessible, and reusable UI component library to ensure consistency across all platform modules.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize deep-stack performance, from Next.js SSR strategies to minimizing Time to Interactive (TTI) for data-heavy dashboards.
• Mentorship & Standards: Drive engineering excellence through high-quality code reviews, defining testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E), and mentoring mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Leverages AI tools extensively (e.g., Cursor, Claude) and has invested time in mastering prompt engineering and workflow integration.
• Maintains high technical skepticism: You know exactly when an AI-generated output is hallucinating or insecure, and you have the deep expertise to refactor and fix it.
• Values velocity: You use AI to automate the mundane so you can focus on high-level architectural decisions and complex security logic.
