Senior Workplace Project Manager

This Senior Workplace Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the Midwest, and Canada (“Rest of AMER,” non U.S. West Coast) and EMEA regions. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. It reports to the Director, Real Estate Strategy, Occupancy and Delivery and will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects, managing multiple concurrent projects, facilitating communication with senior leadership, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, collaborating with internal departments, and providing insights to enhance workplace strategies.
