Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to help DoiT achieve its strategic goals. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process—with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and prospecting—to build and manage global pipelines primarily for technical roles across EMEA and APAC. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand role requirements and drive outreach efforts that target both active and passive talent aligned to our business priorities. Using data-driven insights, you’ll ensure we consistently deliver high-quality hires that advance our strategic direction. You’ll also contribute to our DEI initiatives, talent branding efforts, and help shape a more inclusive workplace.
