About the Role

Probook is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect and ship core platform capabilities.

• Build systems that directly impact revenue growth
• Work closely with customers during onboarding
• Turn operational problems into product solutions
• Contribute to long-term technical foundations

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy production AI systems
• Ship features with fast iteration cycles
• Work directly with customers on workflows
• Integrate modern AI tools into production
• Architect scalable backend systems
• Own product areas end-to-end
• Work on dispatching algorithms, forecasting, and AI diagnostics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend product engineering
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills
• Experience building real products or systems
• Ability to ramp quickly and ship fast
• Strong product sense and customer empathy
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
