What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience (5+ preferred) building production AI systems
• Experience as an early engineer in a VC-backed startup (0→1)
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and physical-world data

• Built production agent systems (orchestration, tools, memory, HITL workflows)
• Worked with physical-world data (video, IoT, telemetry) under real constraints
• Built multimodal AI pipelines (vision + structured data)
• Designed ontology / knowledge graph systems
• Integrated AI with ERP, CMMS, WMS, PLC systems
• Delivered end-to-end systems (backend → frontend)
