About the Role
Sphinx is hiring a Member of Technical Staff with 6+ years of experience.
You will:
- Work closely with founders and customers
- Help scale AI compliance analysts
- Contribute during a rapid growth phase
What You’ll Do
- Build browser automation agents across customer systems
- Optimize KYB, KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring workflows
- Ship end-to-end systems quickly
- Experiment with latest AI models and agent workflows
- Work directly with customers for feedback and improvements
- Shape product direction and engineering culture
Requirements
- 6–14 years of experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- High ownership and urgency
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with AI systems, backend, integrations, or automation
