Requirements include mindset and culture expectations for both Junior and Senior levels: Junior - solid theoretical knowledge, open to learn, responsibility for tasks, learn-it-all mindset; Senior - deep domain expertise, strategic capability, ability to take responsibility for products/projects, scalable mindset. Responsibilities: act as a trusted strategic advisor helping enterprise clients and agencies transform WhatsApp into a measurable growth and performance channel; diagnose client challenges by analyzing business goals, customer journeys, and performance data; develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to industries and lifecycle stages; lead Executive Business Reviews, workshops, and strategic consulting sessions; translate client requirements into actionable recommendations and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams; build long-term executive relationships; drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding programs; continuously educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and product capabilities. Benefits and budget: Junior position budget range 3.000,00 EUR/Month – 5.000,00 EUR/Month. Senior position budget range 6.000,00 EUR/Month – 8.000,00 EUR/Month.
