Finance Analyst

Join our team at CBRE GWS as a Finance Analyst! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our financial operations across EMEA. This is a remote position based in Poland, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international project and develop your finance expertise. What You Will Do: Manage and execute accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy for client financial statement packages. Prepare and post journal entries, meticulously recording all financial transactions (expenses, receipts, distributions, funding). Compile and generate accurate financial packages and reports, utilizing data from diverse sources. Develop and deliver monthly forecasts, providing clear variance explanations. Oversee monthly billing, revenue recognition, and accrual processes, including allocation management. Support month-end closing activities, collaborating with controllers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Respond to and resolve accounting inquiries and requests from management, vendors, and clients. Proactively research and address accounting issues, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial trends and supporting strategic decision-making. Utilize scenario planning tools/models to analyze business conditions and inform financial strategies.
