Global Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer

This role combines two core functions: 1. Compliance Officer: Responsible for the execution, localization, and ongoing management of the Group’s compliance framework within the United States and Canada (“North America”) and possible other emerging territories, ensuring alignment with Group policies while addressing U.S.-specific regulatory requirements. 2. Senior Legal Counsel (Business Partner Focus): Acts as a dedicated legal partner to the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) and Lifecycle Services business line, primary focus in North America business, supporting sourcing related to ITAD service providing, commercial contracting, and operational legal needs. Supporting North America region in corporate governance related matters. The role serves as a critical bridge between Group-level compliance governance (Europe HQ) and U.S. operational execution, ensuring that compliance, legal, and commercial objectives are aligned.
