Senior Client Program Coordinator - Middle East

The Client Senior Program Coordinator (CPC) serves as a key member of Wall Street Prep’s Operations team, supporting both the Program Management and Account Management functions. The CPC plays a central role in guiding clients through onboarding, program delivery, and renewal processes to support revenue growth and exceptional client experiences. This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics and operational execution of our training programs while helping to build strong relationships with client accounts across corporate, public, certificate, and university verticals. The CPC must thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments that require creativity, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders at Wall Street Prep as well as decision-makers at leading investment banks, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 companies. This role is based remotely in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and requires regular travel to client locations throughout the Middle East to support program delivery.
