TextYess aims to build the leading SaaS for brands to sell within messaging apps, integrating customer support with AI, marketing automation, and payments.

🚀 The Role: Software Engineer (Full Stack)

As a Full Stack Engineer at TextYess, you'll be building the engine that powers conversational commerce.
You'll ship features fast, break things (safely), and iterate quickly based on real user feedback.

From React components to database schemas, you'll own entire features from idea to production – no handoffs, no bureaucracy, just pure building.

🛠️ What You'll Work On

Design, develop, and deploy new product features across both front-end and back-end.
Build modern, responsive web UI using Next.js, React, and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS.
Implement scalable backend services and APIs using NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript).
Work with MongoDB for data management and Redis/BullMQ for caching and background processing.
Integrate with messaging APIs (WhatsApp) and external services using RabbitMQ microservices.
Optimize performance, write tests, and maintain code quality across the stack.
Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate ideas into practical features.

🎯 Who You Are

Required:

Proven experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Solid experience with Node.js, NestJS, and RESTful API design.
Familiarity with MongoDB and database modeling.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across the stack.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team environment.

Bonus Points:

Experience with Docker, CI/CD workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS).
Passion for testing and automated test frameworks.
Prior experience in ecommerce or messaging platforms.

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving.
Effective communicator, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and reliability-driven mindset.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €45,000 to €60,000, based on experience.
