Solution Architect (EMEA)

Sumsub is a leading full-cycle verification platform that enables scalable compliance. The Solution Architect (EMEA) will guide customers through the integration process, provide technical support, design scalable integration solutions tailored to customers' technical architecture and business requirements, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, validate and test integrations for reliability and performance, act as the technical voice of the customer by sharing product feedback, and build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams. Requirements include 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role, strong understanding of software architecture, APIs and system integrations, hands-on experience with JavaScript, working knowledge of operating systems, databases and modern web technologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.
