Solution Architect (Ibrido 50% Milano)

On behalf of a client operating in the cloud-native and enterprise SaaS platform space, we are recruiting a Solution Architect to support the design and adoption of complex digital platforms, primarily within structured enterprise environments, including healthcare.

The role is predominantly pre-sales and focuses on technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation, working closely with customer technical stakeholders and the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand technical and business requirements
• Design cloud-native architectures based on microservices, APIs, and real-time data
• Translate requirements into concrete solution proposals and reference architectures
• Support technical pre-sales activities:
  • Architecture definition
  • RFPs
  • Technical workshops
  • Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Act as a technical counterpart for:
  • CTOs
  • Heads of Engineering
  • Platform and DevOps teams
• Collaborate with internal product, R&D, and sales teams to continuously improve solutions and market positioning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Solution Architect / Technical Architect in enterprise contexts
• Strong background in:
  • Cloud-native architectures
  • DevOps practices
  • Modern digital platforms
• Experience working with complex organizations and multi-stakeholder environments
• Comfortable in pre-sales scenarios, technical discussions, and solution storytelling
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains is a strong plus

Key Details

• Location: Milan (Hybrid – ~50% onsite)
• Compensation: Total package up to €70,000
• Focus: Strongly technical role, with no delivery or people management responsibilities
