Hence, we are looking for a Business Developer to join our sales team and drive the next phase of our business evolution.
As an Account Executive (AE), you will play a crucial role in building and scaling Vita Health’s B2B sales engine across medium-sized and enterprise companies. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll identify new business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and own the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
You will engage with senior stakeholders across HR, People and executive leadership, including HR Directors, Head of People, Welfare Managers, Wellbeing Managers and CEOs, helping them understand how Vita Health can support employee wellbeing, welfare strategy, engagement and measurable business impact.
Our customers are primarily medium-sized and enterprise companies, so you’ll work on high-value opportunities, typically with annual contract values above €10k, where buying processes can involve multiple stakeholders, longer decision cycles and a need for consistent follow-up, strong qualification and disciplined pipeline management.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, collaborate closely with Marketing and Product, and contribute to shaping our go-to-market strategy for corporate wellbeing solutions.
Drive new business development by proactively identifying opportunities and establishing new strategic partnerships.
Full sales cycle: Drive opportunities from initial outreach through to contract signature.
Lead negotiations with key decision-makers and continuously update data, forecasts, and pipelines in the CRM.
Propose customized Vita Health solutions, highlighting our dual value: an all-in-one health and prevention companion for employees, and an advanced analytics dashboard for HR to track corporate wellbeing.
Market strategy: Contribute insights from prospects and clients to refine our GTM approach.
Customer relationships: Build trust-based partnerships and represent Vita Health with professionalism and energy.
Cross-functional alignment: Work with Marketing on campaigns and with Product on feedback loops to strengthen value proposition.
Events & networking: Represent Vita Health at industry events and networking opportunities.

Consistently generate qualified demo meetings with prospects.
Submit monthly insights to Marketing & Product to refine messaging and backlog prioritization.
Provide feedback on sales playbook improvements and share learnings with the team.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in wellbeing, HR tech, or corporate welfare solutions.
Proven track record of closing deals with senior stakeholders (HR Director, CHROs, CEOs).
Familiar with both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) approaches.
Proficiency in sales tools such as HubSpot, Navigator or similar.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with funnel metrics and performance KPIs.
Startup mindset with a “manager of one” attitude: highly autonomous, consistent in daily execution, and able to own outcomes end-to-end.
Fluent in Italian and business-level English; other EU languages are a plus.
💰 Competitive compensation: €57k-€70k OTE (€37k-€50k RAL + €17,5k - 20k Bonus)
