AI Forward Deployed Engineer, EMEA

Deploy and operationalize ProcessOS at enterprise customers: own deployments from first process file to production, configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud, debug integrations, write custom agents and connectors, drive organizational adoption, document playbooks, feed product with integrations and fixes, and hand off to customer teams. Requires enterprise production experience, technical depth with Java/React and BPMN, practical AI experience (prompt engineering, agent testing), strong stakeholder communication, and occasional travel.
