Responsibilities include mentorship, performance reviews, translating product goals into technical roadmaps, optimizing agile workflows, unblocking the team, collaborating with Product and Design, and reporting to leadership. Requires a technical background to partner with senior engineers on architecture. Tech stack includes PostgreSQL, Java, Spring Boot and AWS (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, ElasticSearch).
