Backend Software Engineering Team Lead

As Team Lead you will drive the architecture, development and delivery of backend microservices and APIs, lead and mentor a remote EU development team, provide technical leadership, participate in architecture and design decisions, perform hands-on backend coding, conduct code reviews, manage performance and career development, and improve development processes. Requirements: 8+ years software development, 2+ years in leadership, strong backend architecture and microservices experience, expertise in APIs, and fluent English.
