Business Development Specialist APAC

Regional Business Development Specialist to drive expansion of Bybit's payments ecosystem across MENA and global corridors. Focus on merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, PSP integrations, and strategic growth for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels. Responsibilities include market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, partnership execution, cross-team collaboration, GTM strategy, cross-border payment products, settlement and payout solutions, and merchant integrations. Requirements: 1+ years in payments/fintech/PSP/acquiring/merchant growth/crypto BD, long-term overseas work or study experience, strong knowledge of payment rails, card programs and fiat/crypto flows, native local language plus strong English, and ability to work independently.
