Chief of Staff, Emergency Cash (Senior Manager)

Serve as strategic partner to Emergency Cash leadership to improve operations, performance management, strategic planning, and positioning. Own goal monitoring, dashboards, review processes, operating rhythms, playbooks, and core collateral. Lead strategic initiatives, manage Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partnerships, develop 'Brand as Access' messaging, and support fundraising analysis. Requires 6+ years in strategy/operations/consulting/product/organizational effectiveness, strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder influence, and experience building systems and dashboards.
