CRM & Lifecycle Manager

As CRM & Lifecycle Manager you'll design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email to convert new signups into engaged, high-LTV users. Responsibilities include onboarding journeys, retention and referral programs, cross-channel personalization with Data and Product teams, A/B testing, and applying AI to automate segmentation, copy, QA and reporting. Requirements: 5+ years in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, hands-on with CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io), strong data and experimentation skills, experience building AI-driven CRM solutions, native-level French and fluent English.
