Technical customer-facing engineering role to support enterprise customers on modern data and AI platforms. Provide advanced troubleshooting, integrations, system architecture and debugging, analyze logs, reproduce issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve product functionality. Requires 5+ years in software/data engineering or enterprise support, strong Python, familiarity with React/TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL and tools like Snowflake/BigQuery/dbt/Airflow/Tableau/Looker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes/Docker, UNIX, strong communication skills and customer empathy.
