Remote is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Growth to act as a trusted advisor for post-sale customers across EMEA. The role manages the entire post-sale customer journey from onboarding to established partnership, educates clients on product functionality, supports queries, collaborates with Sales to align expectations, monitors account health to prevent churn, manages escalations, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role uses omnichannel and asynchronous communication (Vitally, Zendesk, Loom), focuses on retention and portfolio growth through defined success playbooks, drives commercial and revenue impact, maintains Vitally as the single source of truth, collaborates across verticals using internal systems like Kissflow and Zendesk, and adopts automation and AI tools to increase efficiency. Practical details: reports to Manager, Customer Success; team: Customer Experience; location: EMEA; start date: As soon as possible. Fluent written and spoken English required.
