Customer Support & Sales Agent

Full-time remote Customer Support & Sales Agent acting as the first human touchpoint for customers: provide phone, chat and email support; guide customers through pattern instructions; troubleshoot techniques; recommend products and drive respectful upsells. Requires fluent or near-native spoken English, proven phone-based customer support and/or upselling experience, strong emotional intelligence and active listening, ability to work independently, reliable computer and high-speed internet. Schedule example: 00:00-08:00 Lithuanian time (with 1-hour break), working week Tuesday–Saturday. Role is freelance and payments use Revolut.
