Work with enterprise customers to design, build, and embed production AI agent systems. Advise on agent architecture, evaluation strategy, and best-practice production guidance; co-build evaluation pipelines and deploy agent systems. Requirements: 4+ years software engineering with deep Python expertise, 2+ years building production agent systems, strong client-facing communication, experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or similar, and designing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI. Nice-to-have: SFT, DPO, RLHF, Hugging Face, trace mining.
