Director, AI Security Specialist - EMEA Remote - UK

Zscaler accelerates digital transformation and provides cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange security. The role builds and leads a new AI Security incubation team to secure GenAI adoption for enterprises. Responsibilities include scaling AI technical strategy with global sales leadership, driving complex high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close, recruiting and mentoring Principal AI Security Specialists, building repeatable GTM playbooks and POV frameworks, acting as executive technical advisor to Fortune 500 C-level executives on modern AI patterns (RAG, agents, prompt workflows), and synthesizing customer insights to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps. Required: 10+ years in solutions engineering with at least 5 years managing teams, deep fluency in enterprise security (public cloud architecture, Zero Trust, DLP, cloud-native security, enterprise data flows), foundational understanding of LLMs, MCP, RAG, agentic architectures and orchestration patterns, elite executive communication and experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
