Lead and evolve Superside's Creative Strategy function, managing and mentoring a team of strategists, defining vision, standards, operating models, and scalable frameworks. Partner with senior customer stakeholders and internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Sales, Product, Accounts) to solve business challenges through insight-driven creativity, guide strategic development across major engagements, champion AI-powered research and strategic methods, identify growth and service expansion opportunities, and use market intelligence and performance data to drive innovation. Requires 8+ years in strategy within creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies, proven team leadership, brand strategy and digital marketing expertise, commercial mindset, analytical skills, and exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
