Director, Solution and Product Marketing

Lead product and solution marketing for Camunda's platform: own positioning, messaging, use cases, competitive intelligence, GTM strategy and launches, sales enablement (decks, battle cards, demos, technical papers), analyst relations, and mentor/manage a portion of the team. Requires 10+ years in B2B enterprise software marketing with 5+ years senior IC or people manager experience, global experience, strong storytelling and technical domain knowledge (automation, AI/ML, developer tools, iPaaS), GTM execution experience, and executive communication skills. Remote-first role.
