District Manager, UK North & IR UK South

Lead across locations. Inspire at every level. As District Manager, you’re the strategic force behind multiple stores - driving sales, managing resources, and coaching Store Managers to lead winning teams. You’ll champion operational excellence, build brand equity, and elevate the customer experience across your district, both in-store and virtually. Key responsibilities include establishing and executing omni-channel strategic plans to achieve sales and KPIs, analyzing reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time decisions, driving financial performance through consumer service, human resources, inventory control and store appearance, modeling the brand’s athlete service standards and selling behaviors, building loyalty through in-store experience and endless aisle solutions, supporting new store openings, collaborating on training programs and technology implementations such as RFID, maintaining compliance with UA policies and asset protection, developing contingency plans, partnering with leadership across the organization, leading and partnering with Store Managers on performance management, evaluating sales and payroll goals and making scheduling adjustments, recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining high performing store leadership teams, engaging in compensation decisions with HR, and driving teammate engagement through recognition and feedback. Qualifications include expert-level knowledge in the retail industry, ability to apply knowledge to complex problems, fluency in local language and advanced English, basic knowledge of employment laws, strong communication and leadership skills, prioritization and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated proficiency in sales generation and team leadership.
