EMEA Technical Service Training Specialist

The Technical Service Training Specialist is responsible for development, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of technical service training programs and content for service personnel and direct service teams. Responsibilities include designing and updating technical training curricula, creating instructor-led presentations, participant guides, hands-on exercises, technical documentation, assessments, videos and e-learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, delivering instructor-led classroom, virtual and hands-on training, evaluating participant learning through assessments and certification activities, supporting training logistics and schedules, and generating and analysing training metrics and reports. Basic qualifications: engineering degree or technical apprenticeship, 2–5 years experience in a technical work environment/training/field service/technical support/engineering, fluent English, experience developing and delivering technical training programmes desirable, knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and maintenance practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital learning tools. Willingness and ability to travel to deliver training within the UK and EMEA as required.
