Engineering Manager

Lead and grow a distributed engineering team to design, build, ship and support end-to-end features for RevenueCat's subscription monetization platform. Require 6+ years as a software engineer and 3+ years managing teams; hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, SQL for data analysis, cross-functional collaboration with product/design/support, balancing feature delivery with tech debt, coaching engineers, iterative delivery, and improving system reliability and SLAs. Fully remote role across Americas and EMEA.
