Finance Associate - Ireland (Remote-First)

Our leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform enables clients to expand into over 180 countries quickly and efficiently. The Finance Associate (12-month fixed-term contract) based in Ireland will manage financial accounting and reporting, payroll and tax compliance frameworks for several EMEA entities, with emphasis on intercompany accounting, US GAAP to local statutory reconciliations, month-end close, financial analysis, payroll review, systems and transformation projects including ERP enhancements and rollout of new service lines, reconciliation and audit support. Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA), minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience, multi-national and multi-currency exposure, payroll experience an advantage, advanced Excel skills, Workday experience an advantage, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work remotely.
