Forward Deployed Consultant

HockeyStack is building a marketing attribution and revenue analytics platform that helps B2B companies understand which marketing and sales efforts drive pipeline and revenue. The Forward Deployed Consultant serves as a strategic bridge between customers and internal teams in a relationship-driven, advisory role. Responsibilities include building deep customer relationships, translating customer problems into scoped internal projects, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, advocating for customers internally, developing and presenting recommendations framed around business outcomes, identifying opportunities to expand platform adoption, and collaborating with Account Management and Data teams to ensure continuity from launch through long-term engagement. Requirements include 2+ years in management consulting or client advisory or a strategic customer-facing role (MBB preferred), strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, familiarity with B2B SaaS, marketing, sales operations or revenue analytics, and an ownership-first mindset. This is a remote role. The base salary range is 30,000 to 70,000 USD yearly.
