Founding Engineer

First engineering hire at a solo-founded, freshly funded AI startup building infrastructure for AI-native service businesses. Work directly with the founder to turn a working agentic product into scalable infrastructure; design and operate agent runtime (orchestration, memory, verification), own backend, infrastructure, frontend and agents, set technical standards, and ship to production. Requires at least 2 years shipping production software or equivalent, hands-on experience running LLM/AI agent systems in production, full-stack capability, experience turning prototypes into load-bearing infrastructure, and ability to own technical decisions; founder experience and familiarity with agent orchestration/memory/evals/verification are plus. Based in Europe and open to relocating to San Francisco within the first year.
