Front End Engineering Manager, Firefox Desktop

Lead a geographically distributed frontend engineering team to improve Firefox Desktop UI and user experiences. Responsibilities include driving initiatives, balancing short- and long-term trade-offs, owning delivery and timelines, building engineering processes, conducting 1:1s and performance feedback, hiring and mentoring, and collaborating with Product, UX, QA, Operations and Data Science. Requirements: 4+ years leading engineers, strong software engineering background, experience with frontend platforms and design systems, proven track record delivering user-facing front-end products on time, hands-on web tech (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS), strong communication and leadership skills, open-source experience and AI in frontend a plus.
