Global Thought Leadership Director

Lead Cloudbeds' thought leadership strategy and editorial calendar. Own original research end-to-end: design studies, run surveys, analyze platform data, and turn findings into reports, benchmarks, and editorial content. Produce executive viewpoints and presentations, commission and write customer stories, and partner with content teams to amplify research across blog, video, social. Requires extensive hospitality/hotel-tech experience (journalist/editor/analyst/content strategist), exceptional writing, research leadership, executive collaboration, and fluency with AI tools. Senior individual contributor; no people management.
