Global Thought Leadership Director Europe

Senior individual contributor to own Cloudbeds' global thought leadership strategy and editorial calendar. Lead original research end-to-end including study design, surveys, platform data analysis, and publishing reports, benchmarks, and customer stories. Develop executive viewpoints and presentations, partner with content marketing to distribute multi-channel assets, and represent Cloudbeds at industry events. Requires extensive hospitality/hotel-tech experience (journalist, editor, analyst, or content strategist), exceptional writing, research leadership, comfort working with executives, and fluency using AI tools in research and writing.
