Growth Marketing Lead

Owner of organic acquisition and growth at Jiga: SEO, technical content, website messaging and conversion, community (Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn), creator partnerships, events, videos, product launches, and analytics (GA, Search Console, Ahrefs, product analytics). Hands-on role requiring 5+ years in growth/community/product/content marketing, experience marketing to technical audiences, startup experience (<50 people), comfort with analytics and SEO tooling, strong writing, and use of AI where it adds leverage. Timezone overlap required: >=2 hours with EET and >=3 hours with PST. Nice-to-have: mechanical engineering, industrial design, supply chain, or manufacturing/CAD marketing experience.
