GTM Enablement Leader, EMEA

The Global Enablement team at New Relic provides enablement needs analysis, learning program design, delivery and coaching to drive sales and technical performance. The GTM Enablement Leader for EMEA owns development and implementation of comprehensive enablement strategies, training programs, and tools for the EMEA GTM team, collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership. Responsibilities include collaborating with EMEA GTM leadership, designing and delivering Sales New Hire Training, developing ongoing enablement programs for Sales, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success, partnering with Global Enablement on experiential learning, tailoring training content, and setting training goals and performance benchmarks. Required skills: strong relationship building, content development for value selling and sales process/methodology, facilitation and coaching experience with sales account executives and managers, excellent communication and presentation skills, 5+ years in developing and delivering sales enablement content within the SaaS tech industry, and fluency in English. Bonus skills include certifications (Challenger, Command of Message, MEDDPICC), business analysis, leadership, project/program management, metrics proficiency, adaptability, willingness to travel, and multilingual ability.
