Head of Agent Architecture - EMEA - Remote

Lead Pencil's agent architecture across core creative engine and client work: define technical vision and roadmap for multi-agent workflows, task decomposition, state management, and tool use (RAG, API integration). Own reusable agents and prompt libraries, hire and manage a small team of Agent Architects, lead client discovery and technical escalation for complex deployments, measure and benchmark agent performance, and partner with AI Engineering, Product and Sales. Requires 8+ years GenAI experience (LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini; multimodal models), 2+ years leading people or a function, technical fluency in Python and JSON, experience with agent orchestration patterns, evaluation/A-B testing, and strong client-facing communication.
